Clove (long), wintergreen, menthol, camphor, eucalyptus, cinnamon, ginger and pine oils, blended in a sesame (til) oil base. Just 5–7 drops per use — a little goes a long way.

Apply 5–7 drops on the area and massage gently for 2–3 minutes, 2–3 times a day. For external use only. Do a patch test before first use and avoid broken skin, eyes and sensitive areas. This is a herbal massage oil, not a medicine.
